Multiple users are reporting this error over the last few days when trying to open pdfs online.  There was a recent Adobe update and I think it caused this.  This is happening on multiple versions of Acrobat & Acrobat DC.  Does anyone have a solution?   Thanks

Opening them online how? Clicking on a link? Downloading them first then opening them in Reader?

Both ways are a problem.  I normally tell users to download a file locally when they have a problem opening it from a link, but that isn't working either in this case.

How are they "downloading"? That's important. They should be right-clicking the link and choosing to save to their computer and not attempting to open them first.

Are these your pdf files that you have available online? If not, are they all coming from the same place? A little more about that part would be helpful. Also, if you have a link to a page that has a link to a problem pdf file, that would help too. Also, for the users having the issues, can they open any pdf's or is this just an occasional thing?
