Hi @prashant25932701a0tz,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with connecting the Apache server with Acrobat.

Have you checked the latest updates about connecting Apache server 2.4 to Acrobat here: Configuring Apache HTTP Server

Please let us know if this is not what you are looking for, and we would be happy to assist you further.

Look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately the steps you provided were not
helpful.
I already have another environment running RHEL6 and standard apache 2.2
with adobe acrobat reader on the local desktop which is loading and running
fine. I'm in the process of migrating to new linux server running on RHEL8
with apache 2.4 but adobe acrobat on the local desk is giving an error. All
the configs and directives have been copied over from the old server. Error
"The Shared Folder Location Provided is not valid".

Hi @Vapor2754,

Sorry for the experience.

Can you please share the below information to debug the issue -

1. The application version of Acrobat you are trying to use.

2. The Operating system and its version.

Please share fiddler logs while you perform the workflow. Below are the steps to capture fiddler logs :
• Download fiddler from: https://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler
• Run fiddler and go to ‘Tools-> Options’
• In the HTTPS tab, ensure the checkboxes are checked: ‘Capture HTTPS connects’ and ‘Decrypt HTTPS traffic.
• Now let fiddler run and launch Acrobat and perform the same operation.
• Once complete do a save of data by ‘File->Save->All sessions’.
• Please share this data.

Look forward to hearing from you.

-Souvik.
