there was a mistake during the downloading

Please help me find out what is the problem. Every time I load a file to export in word at the end of scanning a sentence as listed above appears.

I ve been using adobe acrobat reader 32 bit for a long time. Only recently things got worse.
As you can seen below, an error is being reported on the right side of the screen
