I keep getting this error message whenever I try to open any new PDFs

"There was a problem opening this document. There was a problem reading this document (11)"

I have checked the security settings, redownloaded Adobe Reader DC, uninstalled, reinstalled, and converted old files to PDF.  I cannot open anything new.  Even documents saved as PDFs from the Adobe website will not open.

I need to be able to open and download PDFs for my job, anyone able to lend any suggestions?Screen Shot 2018-03-17 at 5.16.27 PM.pngAcrobat ReaderAcrobatStandards & Accessibility (tagged PDF)

Hope anyone who has the same problem can use this information to solve their ow
