I have read on the forum that turning off Sandbox Protect (Security Enhanced) solves this problem. On my machines it does not. Also, this only started after the latest update 2017.009.20044. In our environment we can rolled it back to the older version.

Is this happening with all the attachments or just a few?
Would you let us know the version and name of the operating system? If you save the file locally and try opening are you getting the same issue?

Windows 7 64 bit Enterprise. Yes, if you save it locally it will open. This happens when using Quick Print in Outlook to print several PDF files. It appears to lock up after 2 or 3 attachments, i.e., if you receive 4 emails with PDF attachments and use Quick Print, the first 2 or 3 attachments will print but after that we get this error. This is happening on all of our machines.

Did you get a solution from the Adobe team?
Or did you find something how the problem coould be solved.
