Can anyone please let me know if this is real or not... is their really a seperate whole app thats sole purpose is to rotate your pdf? and its a paid app, has a free trial and everything, just to rotate your PDF. Is this correct?

Sure, to rotate and save costs money, like other editing. Adobe also generously give away Acrobat Reader for free, and it can rotate the View of the current PDF, just not save it. Look in the View menu.

Of course that's not its sole purpose, but it is one of the editing capabilities it has. It can do a lot more.
