Hi @DCHAS

Thank you for contacting us regarding the issues you're encountering!

Could you please provide the logs from both the local temp and system temp folders for the same scenario, if available?

Additionally, please enable verbose logging by setting the following value for detailed logs:

Navigate to:

Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM

Then, set iLogLevel[DWORD-32] to 1.

Try to launch the pdf and share log with us.

Thank you !

Hi,

Sorry for the issue. We would need some logs from the affected machine to be able to investigate why this is happening. Can you run Acrobat troubleshooting tool and send us the logs? You will need to enable the tool and then run it as documented at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html.

Since the issue happens on product launch hence, please launch Acrobat and start the diagnostic tool. Please make sure to collect advanced logs and Acrobat process monitor logs. You might see dialogs to download and run process monitor.

Please follow the prompts to do so. Once tool is started close Acrobat (leave the tool running) and then relaunch Acrobat. When the error dialogs appear, stop the diagnostics tool.

Once you stop the tool, you will get an option to share the logs. Share the logs and send us the log ID here and we’ll find the relevant log from the backend.

Thanks
