@Everwik Simply uninstalling and reinstalling won't fix the issue permanently, a more thorough removal is needed. Adobe provides a dedicated tool for this called the Adobe Cleaner Tool, to fix common issues, such as removing outdated Adobe software, cleaning corrupt files, and repairing host files for Adobe server connectivity. Now go back and download a 'brand new' latest Acrobat Reader. Afterwards, this is critical, make sure it is closed completely. Then, right-click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader shortcut or its executable file (.exe), select "Run as administrator," and accept the EULA when prompted. After closing the program, the EULA prompt should be resolved, and you can open the application normally thereafter without any interruption.
