Hello I work as a technical writer for a biotech company and the current process they have is to send PDF documents out for review in our internal system and then manually incorporate each comment into the word document. I am trying to use the functionality of automatically importing the comments into word. I have gotten it to work, but the accuracy isn't as high as I would like (currently about 75%). I would like the process to be more around 90-95% to get more buy-in for the process, also I'm working with documents that are used for regulatory filings of drugs so it's important that we have a high accuracy rate. I will get a few comments with "placement unconfirmed" in word. I have noticed that sometimes there are issues with comments placed in bullet points as well as tables with merged cells. Are there any suggestions as to how to better improve comments being imported, particularly when comments are made in bullet points? Thank you.
