As above. I have tried every single one of the troubleshooting suggestions but Acrobat Reader will not download.
Any help is appeciated.

Please try installing Acrobat Reader DC from the following link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
Ensure that you are installing the application on compatible OS.
If the issue persists, share the OS version on the machine.
Try creating a new user profile on machine and try installing there.
