Hello everyone,

While I tried to open a file in Acrobat Reader I had an update warning and couldn't open the file, then I uninstalled the existing software and downloaded the new version from the website.

Despite I always downloaded and installed this software  the same way, this time I got a warning message saying I already have the latest version of Acrobat reader and therefore the version I was trying to download is failed (I was trying to downlod the new version after I uninstalled the existing version).

I would be pleased if anybody knows how to fix this problem..

Best wishes..
