trouble installing

Hi. Im thinking to adquire Adobe Acrobat Pro but first im trying to instal Adobe Acrobat Reader DC fo Mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.6 and i have some troubles installing. I cant use digital sign and electronic certificates. What can i do?

Could you please confirm if you are experiencing issues with the Acrobat Reader DC installation? Or the issue occurs when you try to add signature on PDF using the Acrobat Reader DC?
