Trying to use Signature Validation Logging

Anyone managed to do signature validation logging?
I'm trying to use a log file for the  process. According to

This can be done using some registry entries. However, I was unable to make it work. Using a procmon I can see that reader is trying to access the file but nothing is being written to it. I'm attaching my registry settings. 

I'll be glad for some tips.
