Typing in the body of a PDF ends up in other pages.

I've created a PDF for work.  I have created two additional pages to have a total of three pages of the same PDF.  When I type in the body of the first page the same words I type there also end up on pages two and three.  I want a three page PDF and be able to type different sentences into each page.

Use unique names for the form fields. Fields with the same name will hold the same values.
