unable to complete request

I am unable to open, unshared or delete a previously shared pdf file. There's a notification on the adobe app icon that requires action. When attempting any of those three request I received a message to try later. T

As you have mentioned above, you get the error message when trying to work with shared files.

Please let us know if the issue still occurs. If yes, would you mind telling us when did you start experiencing this issue?

Are you receiving the error on the desktop application or Acrobat Online account?
