I keep getting a message that says "unable to create link" when trying to email a link to a document
how can i fix this

When you say, you are unable to create link, can you please share more details on the workflow you are following and the error message you are seeing?

I am signed in.
When I open a PDF document and click on “share it” it says it’s “uploading to the cloud,” but them is says “it cannot create the link.”
It does not create a link to share.

We have seen a similar issue and are currently working on a fix for the same. To ensure it is the same issue that you are facing, could you let us know if the issue is always reproducible for you?
