Unable to download Adobe Reader from Adobe site

I have recently had to reset a computer due to some issues with Microsoft Office.  When doing the reset, it took away some of the programs that were installed on the computer and Adobe Reader was one of them.  I have tried to go online using both Internet Explorer & Mozilla browser to Adobe site and download the Adobe Reader but I keep getting the message 'This page cannot be displayed'.  I have searched in the forums and have enabled the Scripting in the Trusted Sites as well as the Internet under the Tools icon.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Let's make sure you're going to the right place. Please go to http://get.adobe.com/reader

Do you still get the message?

I have gone to that link and did from your post, but I get a Fortinet Firewall block notification.

Do you work inside a company with an IT department? It sounds as if they don't want you to install software. Do check, in some companies this is a seriously bad thing.
