I just got a new computer and I am trying to edit a PDF. It's asking me to install Reader and when I do it makes me sign in and then it says unable to connect. It's been this way for 3 days!

From where are you trying to download it, exactly?

FYI: Reader can't edit PDF files, except for basic things like filling in form fields or adding comments.

I'm not trying to edit a PDF, just view it. When I open any PDF, it looks fine until I click on any part of the page and then everything becomes pixelated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Reader more than once, but the same problem exists.

What's the exact version number of the application? (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat Reader)

What's your OS version?

Can you share the file with us?

So, it's asking you to sign in, and then saying "Unable to connect"?

Where did you download Acrobat Reader?

I can open PDFs, but they become pixelated when I click on the page.

I'm using version 2021.005.20058.

I've loaded it multiple times from get.adobe.com/reader

I only need reader, to view PDFs, not to edit them.

defaultqcvkbwzmu91t, "I can open PDFs, but they become pixelated when I click on the page." That is nothing to do with the quesions here which are about problems downloading. It's important NOT to jump on unrelated discussions, because the experts who might help won't bother to read it, if it seems to be something else.
