Unable to download DC Continuous Track base release

I am trying to download AcroRdrDC1500720033_MUI.exe from https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuous.html but whenever I click the link, Chrome just asks me what program I want use to open it. How do I open it?

Chrome (and Firefox, and probably other browsers) no longer support FTP browsing, unfortunately. You need to use a dedicated FTP client to access it now, such as SmartFTP or FileZilla.
