While Updating from Adobe Reader XI 11.0.10 MUI to Adobe Reader XI 11.0.23 MUI the update installation failed with "The upgrade Patch cannot be installed by the windows installer service because the program upgraded may be missing or the upgrade patch may update a different version of the program. Verify that the program to be upgraded exists on your computer and that you have the correct patch"
The Update has redownloaded and also re-installed it but it still fails. Disabled AV but it still fails.
What can i do to fix this issue?
