unable to open downloaded pdf form from www.mca.gov.in

Dear Sir,

when I open tried to open downloaded pdf form, it is not open. i had try again and again but failed. I had also uninstalled the software and reinstalled it after restarting the laptop. but there is no result. And there is another problem, when I go to security tap, the software stop automatically and shut down. please help regarding this.

My guess is that you are clicking on a link to the file and having this issue and probably using Chrome. Is that correct?

If so, Chrome (among other web browsers) uses its own pdf viewer and they normally chew up and spit out forms. Best to right-click the link, choose to save to your computer then use File>Open from within Reader itself to open the form.

No it is not correct. I have tried with internet explorer and morzila firefox also, but result was same. not opned!!!

But did you follow the clear instructions that I gave you above? That will tell us whether Reader is working at all.

I had follow all the instruction. And I work on these forms since past 12 year. before that I had no problem

Things change. Browsers change. I ask again, did you follow the instructions I gave above? You downloaded the file by right clicking the link to it the you opened within Adobe Acrobat Reader? If so, what exactly happened?

Be sure to follow all the instructions. Carefully. At no time double click on the PDF, if you are doing that, you aren't following the instructions.
