Unable to open files from and to browse to mapped networkshares

Hi,

I installed Acrobat reader DC on a sereval Terminalservers (win2012R2)

I can open every PDF file from the internet and from my mail client

However saved PDF documents wich I want to open from a mapped network share givs the error "Unable to open. Document not found"

When I want to open a file in the Adobe reader applicatien and want to browse to a specific file I only see mine local drives and not the mapped network shares.

Anyone a solution for this problem?

Hi Compaxopeter,

As mentioned above, you are unable to see the mapped network drive when you are trying to open the file through Adobe Reader.

So could you please confirm whether is it  happening with the Adobe Reader or you are experiencing the same problem with other applications too?

If you haven't tried yet, then please try to open document through any other application and see if the mapped network drive is showing or not?

Also, confirm whether you have the Read & Write permission on the shared drive or not?
