I am unable to open Reader on Win 11. PDFs from Outlook also will not open. I have searched high and low for a solution, but none have worked. Reinstalling, cleaner utility, deleting left over install files, compatibility mode, Outlook Trust settings, and so on.
I can launch it as Admin by selecting ‘Open with Protection mode disabled’. But if I turn the feature off in Readers preferences it still does not open unless I launch it using admin.
Any ideas?
