Unable to Print PDF - AI assistant blank screen blocks printing on Acrobat reader

I have never bought it and one day it popped up as I was printing a PDF doc. It blocked me for printing. Today tried a new pdf to print hit the printer button and up came the AI circle and it just stays there and I can't print.

Hi Tariq,

I just tried to print a pdf doc and all worked ok.

I had two failures before that but the fault must have cleared

Sorry for the troubled experience. Would you let us know more about this problem? We would like to know about the following things:

  • Does this happen every time you try to print a file?
  • Or does it happen when you launch the application? When did it start to happen?
  • If possible, please share a video of the issue while closing everything necessary on the screen.
  • Also, use this diagnostic tool: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html to capture logs from your machine. Instructions are mentioned on the help page
