Hi Martin

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to run Acrobat Reader on Win 10. After you run exe there is no response.

Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

Regards

Amal

Hi Amal,

thank yoy for your response, I tried full user rirghts, I used the
celaner and install again. Now I have Adobe Reader in Programfiles32. Tried
to run AcroRdr32.exe - no response.

May I create any log file ?

Now I am using foxit, so I am able to work, but it is very strange. Other
apps installed works fine.

Thank you for next tip 🙂
