unable to save as

Hello, I've Acrobat Reader DC latest version installed on my laptop. I have a document that I like to "save as", but it isn't possible like before. When I press the button ("files" and "save as", in Dutch: "opslaan als", because I have the Dutch version installed), a blank popup shows with no text in it and nothing to press.

I didn't had this problem before, so I think the reason is the latest update?

Has someone encountered this bug also?

Greetings,

Jos

Go to Edit (or the Reader application menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".

I'm experiencing a similar issue as OP and the suggested fix here (as well as the KB) does not work. The save as window isnt blank like the KB article suggests, it shows a list of files in the current directory, but there is no field to edit the file name and no save or cancel buttons.
