Unable to successfully store files to Acrobat.com site from Mac Laptop

  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
    • 11.0.11

I find it weird, considering I had no prior issues in the past, though I'm unable to store any files to my document cloud. Any suggestions are much appreciated!

We're sorry for the trouble you had, are you trying to save the files using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent ?

Access the URL in a different browser and try saving the files.

Are you getting any error message while storing the files?

You can also refer and try the suggestions from the following Adobe articles Manage and work with your files stored in Adobe Document Cloud
