Unable to update Acrobat Reader

Acrobat Reader Continuous Release Version 2021.001.20142.

I am unable to update Adobe Acrobat Reader. I tried to uninstall several times. I ran AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe and rebooted and still was unable to uninstall or reinstall. I received an error message "Uninstallation of the patch is not supported."

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error 'Uninstallation of the patch is not supported'

Please try the steps below in the following sequence and see if that helps.

1. Please run the cleaner tool to remove any old Acrobat application (if any) or its traces.

Windows- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Mac- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

2. Reboot the computer once.

3. Re-download it through-  https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
