Unable to write a text block into a pdf file

Hi !

Since a couple of days, i am not able to write a text block comment onto a pdf file. When I click somewhere on the pdf sheet the message appears as following : " Operation Failed  : Adobe Acrobat had an unknown error".

This tool was operating well and since a couple of days, unable to use it anymore.

Any hint about wass is going on ?

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting.

What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 24.01.20604 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
 
Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://adobe.ly/49VODB1 and see if that works.
