unexpected clsing of the app

about 30 seconds after opening a pdf, the programme closes due to an unexpected reason,

what can I do to solve this problem?

Sorry for the delay in addressing your question.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, then try a couple of suggestions given below:

1- If it is a file-specific issue, check with a different one. 

2- To check the update, Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)

3- If its an issue with multiple files and you are running the latest version as well, then 

Navigate to Reader>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable "Protected Mode at Startup" and "Enhanced Security">OK>Reboot Reader (Win).
