Useing Adobe Reader XI, Sometimes the right side of the screen is occupied by things like Export PDF, Create PDF, Edit PDF Send Files Store Files and I want to get rid of it because it reduces the usable area. Sometimes exiting the reader and restarting does the job but often it does not. I don't know waht to call this area (so searching for a solution here has not done any good) but I have ttried all of the options I can think of and nothing does the job. Any idea how to do it?
I found a solution by accident and am replying by email because the reply in the message forum does not work (mousing over it shows a link javascript void(0); but clicking does nothing)
Apparently my complaint was about what is called a tools panel which is different from the tool bar.
In line with the tool bar is a word "Tools" and clicking on it will make the area I compained about appear or disapear, so the problem is solved. The forum instructions say to mark this solved, but today there is n
