Where do you see whether your Acrobat Reader DC has been updated?

On Windows use Help > Check for Updates

I can’t recommend Check for updates as a way of checking whether updated. It has let down many people, who have got years behind while thinking they were up to date . You should check the actual version using Help > About Acrobat Reader.

Check for Updates displays also the installed version.
