Updates disable Windows Multimedia Sharing

Hello, anyone can explain to me why everytime the program updates it disable automatically the Windows Multimedia sharing??

I understand when happen because from my TV the PC, as media source, disappear, back to the PC the Reader is the new version and the media share in Windows is disabled.

Eneable Media share back, no changes until Reader doesn't update, then back same sinphony

For which purpose a PDF reader MUST disable the Media sharing in Windows??

And if there is a reasonable reason, why, after the update, the Reader doesn't activate back the media share?? That's very frustrating!!!
