Why it is not possible to update the AATL and EUTL lists?
This regards Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 instalation working in W10 environment.
As a result the program displays information about problems with certified digital signatures.
Thanks a lot for suggestions.
Kind regrads,
Slaw

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.
Do you see any errors when trying to update the AATL list? If yes, would you mind sharing the screenshot of the error you see?
Also, you might want to try the steps mentioned in the help article: Adobe Approved Trust List update dialog appears in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
Let us know if this helps.

Hi Souvik,
Thank you for commenting on my post.
Answering your question. When I click the update link, I don't get any error messages, but I don't see any other messages either.
And I've tried updating the AATLs and EUTLs with and without antivirus/firewall enabled and after logging into the internet at the office and from home (using different ISPs I believe).
So what's next?
Customer support from the digital signature company ensures that everything looks correct on their end.
Thanks
Regards,
Slaw

Dear Adobe community, or anyone who participates in this discussion, answers questions,
I still haven't received any significant support in resolving the AATL and EUTL update issue. Several discussions in the forum suggest that other ADOBE PRO users are facing the same problem (unable to update AATL and EUTL lists).
It's a bit of a shame that as users of the software we have a problem with this error or we don't have a competent answer that the problem is unsolvable.
Thank you.
Kind regards,
Slaw

Sorry for the delay.
Would you mind sharing the screenshots of what you see when updating the lists?
Also, Please confirm the version of the application you are using. To check the version, go to Help > About Acrobat. Also, please collect the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html, procmon logs https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share them via document cloud as described here https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html for more investigation.
Please share the above details so we can get this investigated with the team.

Hello and thank you for your reply.
Answering your questions:
I’m using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020,
2020 Release (Classic) ǀ Version 2020.005.30418
I don't see any action when trying to invoke AATL or EUTL update.
That's why I don't have any screenshot to share.
I also think I can't send any logs because I'm using a single user install and not working with Creative Cloud.
I hope this information will help to suggest some solution to the problem.
In addition, my electronic signature is issued by CERTUM and I use a dongle for authorization.
The problem I'm trying to explain is that when I open any document in my Adobe Acrobat Pro that is certified, signed with an electronic signature, I get a warning that says "There were problems with one or more signatures".
Since my certificate is valid, it seems that the reason for such a warning is because of outdated lists AATL and EUTL.
Thanks in advance for any additional help.
