uploading issues

I am trying to send a pdf with a page I had to sign back to the one who sent it to me. I updated adobe but still can't do it. The email option that was there before the update is now gone and I keep getting a message that it can't be done right now every time I try to create a link. How do I use adobe to send this file back?Or if I can't, how can I get a copy outside of adobe to email back?
