Hola! Me enviaron un formulario pdf ya rellenado y no puedo ver el contenido a menos que me posiciones sobre cada uno de los campos. Cómo hago para ver el documento completo?

Go to Edit (or the Reader menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - Forms and tick the box next to "Show border hover color for fields":
