Hi All,

I have a PDF in the below format. I got this as a response of a rest API. I understood that it is a PDF in linearized form. Is there a way to view it as original PDF?

There isn't an "original PDF". A linearized PDF is just a PDF, carefully made in a particular way. 

What is your specific need/problem?
