web news site doesn't come in correctly on mac

I have adobe 11.0.22 installed. My news site can't be read properly.  I called Apple support and they think its a problem with my adobe reader version 11.0.22. Does anyone have any suggestions with this problem. Thanks.

Assuming that you are referring to online news PDFs? Which you are unable to open or read properly?

Adobe Reader 11.0.22 is an older version of Reader series. You suggest you to install Reader DC through-

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions  

You may also see- Display PDF in browser Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Reader
