What does Adobe Reader DC try to do after 30 seconds of opening?

Does anyone at Adobe know what the product is trying to do after 30 Seconds of opening. This is a vanilla install with no changes made to default settings. We have the system it is installed on locked down by group policy. No exe or msi is allowed to run unless specified. We have allowed AcroRd32.exe and AcroBroker.exe, however I'm not convinced its an app running as nothing new is launched in the task manager. Again all the normal stuff like no access to cmd and regedit is in place and scripts are not allowed to run. Adobe works fine but after 30 seconds of opening GPO complains that changes are trying to be made that are not allowed. You can ok both boxes and carry on but I would like to try and work out what is generating them?

Thanks

One possible case - application could be launching Updater.

Search this forum for bUpdater registry value and how properly use it to prevent Updater from checking for updates.
