What happened to the Add Note to Replace Text function?

I just downloaded the latest version of Acrobat Pro (for the Mac) and the all-important Add Note to Replace Text function seems to be gone. Has it been removed? Or has it been replaced by something else? I cannot find it!

Just so we're clear, this is what I mean:

Never mind, I figured it out. You have to go to the Tools tab, then select Comments, and then the correct toolbar will appear.
