Why doesn't my cancelled plan for Acrobat Reader Pro show up on my account?

Hello,

I bought a monthly subscription for  the Acrobat Reader Pro yesterday and I tried to download it for 2 hours. It wouldn't. I checked for connectivity issue, called my ISP provider, everything seems to be working fine, yet the Acrobat Reader wouldn't download.

After trying a few more times, taking me to two and a half hours of wasted time, I gave up (I was already running late with my schedule) and decided to cancel my plan.

I received email confirmation that I had cancelled yet no details about when I would receive my full refund. (Since I cancelled within hours, I am entitled to one).

So, now I have two questions:

1. When exactly will I be refunded for the  30,99 Euros I paid?

2. Why does the Acrobat Reader not show up as a cancelled subscription on my account and does that mean I will continue to be charged every month??? I have the email that verifies my cancellation. Shouldn't that show up in my product history on this site?

And why isn't there a way to directly contact Adobe about that and receive a direct answer, preferably by email?

I am very happy about this entire situation.

Should I be contacting my lawyer about this?

I hope we are not playing with words here. The product's name is Acrobat Pro DC and it is the Pro version of the Acrobat Reader.

OK, Adobe people, if you are not able to address my complaint over the weekend, I will be contacting my lawyer first thing Monday morning.

I will also contact my bank.

Right, I just read my original post again. I meant " I am very unhappy about this entire situation."

Is the edit feature time sensitive...?

Acrobat Reader and Adobe Acrobat are different products.

Look, you are not being very helpful here. In fact, instead of addressing the issue you are trying to divert attention from it. Basically, you are trolling.

If you continue, I will report you for abuse.

I also have screen shots of all your replies on this thread. You know, in case we end up in court.

I can't address your issue. You should contact the Adobe support.

That's what I am trying to do! I tried to contact them via phone and email but I was redirected to posting about it here.

This is very serious, making themselves unavailable for direct contact, VERY SERIOUS.

As for the names of the products and what each one does, I was using Acrobat Reader on my computer and there was a notification in the sidebar asking me if I want to buy Acrobat Pro DC in order to edit my documents. I assumed that Acrobat Pro DC was the upgrade. If that is not the case, it doesn't matter. It is Acrobat Pro DC I bought a subscription for and it is that subscription that I cancelled a few hours later. And I am very concerned now given it does not show up in my order history as cancelled, nor have I been notified by anyone about the time frame of the refund I am supposed to receive.

I thought Adobe was trustworthy but it does not seem to be the case.

Plus I have checked online and found quite a few people complaining about refunds they are entitled to from Adobe that somehow have mysteriously never made it into their accounts. What is that about???
