Why Pdf file name turn black

 Attach pdf in html format in outlook everything is normal file name can be seen clearly. However, when wanted to convert this outlook email with attach pdf to miscrosoft print to pdf the print preview unable to show the file name which turn black. After converting to pdf adobe acrobat reader 2017 is use to open and read. But the pdf file name still show black. What should i do?

Yes. I had create the pdf and attach into outlook. Once the email with attach pdf in the outlook was sent out. I will covert this email into pdf and it show the file name in black.

Acrobat Reader can't create PDF files.

Now what is the reason my attach pdf file name which show in preview page in outlook turn black when i want to click print miscrosoft print to pdf

May be a issue of Outlook.
