Hi Williamw96031813,

The IRS form you are referring here, Is it a IRS forms are XFA forms created with LiveCycle Designer?

Please checked the document properties and see if the form created in Livecycle designer?

Is there any specific error message that you are getting when you open the form?

You might need to go to File > Save As Other > Reader Extended PDF and select 'Enable More Tools' option.

Now, save a different copy of the PDF file an open it with Adobe Reader DC and see if you are able to fill the form or not?

Regards,

Akanchha
