Won't print body text on pages with form headers

When I try to print a page that consists of a standard form merged with data, only the form prints. The printer sounds like it's printing, but doesn't.An example is a PDF bank statement that consists of a form with the bank's name address, logo, etc., and the transactions. The transactions don't print.  If I highlight the data, it prints in a highlighted font. In a different PDF document, it printed only one word of an entire page. Examination of that word revealed a blue shading on only that word.

Next time when you hit Print, in the Print dialog box, locate and click the Advanced button within the Print Handling section. This will open the Advanced Print Setup dialog box, where you must select the checkbox next to Print as Image. After confirming this setting by clicking OK, proceed by clicking Print to send the entire document, including all dynamic data layers, to the printer as a single image—this should

converts the entire page into a single image before sending it to the printer, convert all visible layers, including the merged data, are captured and printed.
