wont convert to word

paid subscription december acrobat reader , will let me look at pdf , wont convert to word .

i have redownloaded, it tells me im up to date, i checked up dates - all ok

what do i do next

Hi Barry,

Yes, you do have an active subscription of  Adobe Export PDF. So you should be able to use the services without any trouble.

Export PDF subscription can be access online via- https://cloud.acrobat.com/  or through the desktop application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Make sure that you are "Signing In" using the correct email address under which you have made the purchase and you have installed the correct application Adobe Acrobat Reader DC not the Adobe Acrobat DC.
