Word spacing issue

I am filling out a fillable form and whenever I type something in the wording looks fine but when I click out the spacing gets really close together to the point of making the words unreadable. Is there something I can do to fix this or is this an issue with the form itself? I added two pictures in order to demonstrate the issue thanks

I see the font is changing too.

1. Did you make the form, or are you just filling someone else's form?

2. Are you filling it actually in an Acrobat Reader window, or is it in a browser, or something else?

3. Do all forms mess up like this or just this one?

1.I am just filling out the form I did not make it

2. I am filling out the form in the adobe acrobat window not in a browser

3. This is the only fillable form that I have ever done so I am not sure if it is just this form.
