When I perform a zoom function, either with the icons or keyboard, the zoom window pops up showing me the zoom amount. That is wonderful. However, the zoom window covers part of the scroll bar for a few seconds and then disappears. The issue is, I can't use the lower part of the scroll bar until the zoom window disappears.
To fix this bug, either don't cover the scroll bar with the zoom window or allow me to move the zoom window that pops up.
