Quero acessar a área de trabalho que aparece quando eu clico em fotos mas aparece bloqueado pelo administrador, mas eu não bloqueei nada

When you refer to desktop, would you mind sharing a screenshot or a screen recording video of the entire event for a better understanding? 

I cannot figure out the issue, and thus cannot share a proper resolution here.
