Öffnen einer pdf-Datei

Nachrichten meiner Bank, kann ich nicht öffnen. Es kommt der Hinweis, die Datei sei beschädigt. Andere PDF-Dateien kann ich öffnen. Die Bank sagt, alles ist in Ordnung. Wo ist der Fehler.

As per the above description, since you are facing issues with just a particular file, would you mind sharing the file so that we can check further.

Also, can you check if the Acrobat Reader Mobile application is up to date, if not please update the application to the latest version.

Ich habe das gleiche Problem mit einem Coronatestergebnis (auf einem anderen Phone öffnet sich die Datei) wie sieht die Lösung aus??
