I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
I checked your account registered with the community and saw that your subscription is still active.
The reason for being charged on the very day could be due to the utilization of the trial previously.
To learn more about cancellation, please click here: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)

I hope this helps.

It is written that before the end of the period about whom messages should come to the mail, but I had a canceled purchase and nothing came to the post
Purchases made from the App Store are to Apple, not Adobe, and you need to talk to Apple about billing.
"Cancellation fee and refunds
"A refund depends on when you cancel and the type of subscription you purchased. For most plans, you get a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase. Learn if you get a refund when you cancel.
Adobe does not issue refunds for purchases made directly through app stores. For refund or billing requests, refer to Refunds from Apple for App Store or iTunes Store."

Your question is not about Adobe Acrobat Reader (beta) where you posted. It's about purchasing Premium, so I'll move your post to Adobe Acrobat Reader for you. Your tag of "iOS" will get lost when I move your post.
